With the end of maintenance, EON server will be open to all players (including new players) for free. We will distribute free Sealed of Oath to all EON server players, and players can freely access Oath-required regions.
EON server will have no more new content updates after this maintenance.

Dear adventurers, Teon finished maintenance on August 4th.
The maintenance content is as follows:
1. After maintenance, players can no longer purchase the Sealed of Oath through the in-game top -up portal.
2. After maintenance, the unused sealed of oath in the player’s package cannot be used any more.
Notice: After closing the top-up entry, subscribing players need to go to the google play store/apple store to apply for cancellation of their subscription. Guidelines for unsubscribing from subscription:

From the closing of oath top- up entry to 0:00 on September 4 (Pacific Daylight Time), players can apply for a refund according to the following content:
1. The remaining valid time of the Oath.
2. The unused sealed of oath in the character’s backpack (15 days).
3. Subscription membership fees.
Notice: Players can apply for each type of refund at most once per account. Players need to submit the required information to the customer service department mailbox (cs@lakoo.com) in the form of email, and complete the relevant refund within 72 hours after the information is reviewed.The refund content:
1. Required information of remaining valid time of the oath:
– Screenshot of the remaining time of the role oath.
– The account name which the role belongs to.
– The paypal account used to receive the refund.
Calculation method: The effective time of the pledge/15 days is converted into the number of pledge books, and the part less than 15 days is calculated as one sealed of oath (15 days). After verifying the number of converted oaths based on the data and the information provided by the players, refunds will be made in accordance with the standard of [$5.99* (number of converted oaths)].
Notice: The valid time obtained by Gifts of Teon will not be counted in [remaining effective time of oath]
Example: The remaining time of the player’s oath is 13 days, which is less than 15 days, converted as one oath, and the refund is $5.99. If the remaining time of the player oath is 43 days, which is equivalent to 2*15+13 days, converted as 3 oaths, and the refund fee is $5.99*3=$17.97.
2. Required information of unused sealed of oath(15 days):
– The account name which the role belongs to.
– The ID of the role which holds the oath.
– Channels of purchasing oaths(Google play/Apple store).
– Payment receipt.
– The paypal account used to receive the refund.
Calculation method: After verifying the number of oaths to be refunded according to the data and the applying information provided by the player, the refund will be made according to the standard of [$5.99* (number of oaths)].
3. Required information of subscription members
– Screenshot of the role subscription member page.
– The account name which the role belongs to.
– Channels of purchasing oaths(Google play/Apple store).
– Subscription payment receipt.
– The paypal account used to receive the refund.
Refund method: The Teon membership subscription fee occurred between 0:00 on July 5th (Pacific Daylight Time) and 0:00 on Sep 4th (Pacific Daylight Time) can be refunded. After verifying the number of consumption occurred during the period based on the data and the information provided by the player, we will refund according to the standard [$9.99 subscription member ship at 0:00 on July 5th(Pacific Daylight Time) to 0:00 on September 4th(Pacific Daylight Time)] .Third. The rules of distribution about free oath and how to receive them.
After Aug 4th server maintenance, the system will distribute [Gifts from Teon]*6 to all accounts (binding with unlimited time). Every time you use Gifts from Teon, you can get a 30-day oath valid for a total of 180 days. The time to obtain the oath by using multiple Gifts from Teon can be stacked. Players can choose the appropriate way of use according to their needs. Collect method: Players can enter the announcement system through the icon at the top left of the screen, choose the free oath distribution announcement, and click the claim button in the announcement to get [Gifts from Teon]*6.
